ELECTRONIC CORRESPONDENCE REQUEST FORM

Pursuant to Trustee policy, attorney correspondence will be effected via email.  Pleadings and other notices that require mailed service/notice, shall continue to be sent via U.S Mail.  Unless otherwise noted on the Request Form linked below, the Trustee’s Office will send all electronic correspondence to an attorney’s ECF email address.
