Local Rule 3015-2

In a Chapter 13 case, a debtor may make a written request directly to the Chapter 13 Trustee for authority to incur post-confirmation debt for the purpose of financing the purchase of a motor vehicle. 

Before the Trustee can approve the purchase of a motor vehicle, the Trustee must first review your current financial information.
